Please read these Terms of Service carefully before downloading, installing, or using the RCKeyBoard Android application.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using RCKeyBoard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not install or use the application.
License Grant & Usage Rights
RCKeyBoard grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on compatible Android devices for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application source code.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of RCKeyBoard or its theme assets.
• Distribute modified APK files or circumvent app security mechanisms.
• Use the application for any unlawful or malicious activities.
Intellectual Property Rights
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to RCKeyBoard (including logos, custom theme assets, animations, and software code) belong exclusively to RCKeyBoard and its licensors.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
RCKeyBoard is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. RCKeyBoard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
